WHAT TO WEAR TO PHOTO DAY

~FULL SPORTS UNIFORM (including socks and shoes) that has been approved by your coach

~YOU WILL BE PHOTOGRAPHED AT FULL LENGTH

~Any Gear you wish to be photographed with (ie: gloves, rackets, bats, balls, helmet, golf bag/clubs, baton, shot put, discus, etc)

Tips for being photo day ready:

~ arrive early and be fully dressed before your scheduled time

~ make sure your uniform is clean and not wrinkled

~ do not chew gum

~ leave your phone/keys/wallet at the door (nothing in your pockets)

~ have your hair brushed/styled before getting in line

~ ponytails tend to disappear if worn low so either wear it high on your head, off to one side or wear 2 ponytails so they can be seen

~ eye black is NOT recommended for photo day and will not be photoshopped out if worn. Eye black should be reserved for special media day sessions.

  1. Click on the button above

  2. Enter your phone number to create an account (or log into your account)

  3. Enter the verification code

  4. Click the “+Add Gallery” button (upper right corner) and enter your teams access code

  5. Click the “Subscribe” button

That’s it! You’ll receive a text message when the gallery is published!

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Absolutely! You can purchase them individually, within packages or download them all. A print release will be included but Aimee can not guarantee quality of any prints outside of the PhotoDay galley.

  • Depending on how your gallery is set up (private or group) you may be able to create packages that include them both. You will be able to add each of their orders to your account and pay once. The download all option much be purchased for each athlete.

  • Yes!! Aimee loves to photograph siblings, including coaches if they are a parent of an athlete. Make sure your athletes come together and communicate that to Aimee and her team. Also make sure each of your athletes still gets photographed individually.

  • Yes. Just add the download all package to your cart and then click on the”continue shopping” button. Add any prints, packages or specialty items you would like before finalizing and paying for your order.

  • Your printed products will be delivered directly to your door. All digital purchases will arrive in your email.

  • Currently make up days are not offered. However, please email Aimee to ask as there may be another photo day your athlete could attend.

  • Aimee does minor retouching to each photo but if you are still concerned, there is a retouching service offered when you are finalizing your order.
