The easiest way to find your athlete is with the face find feature. You will be prompted to either take a picture of your athlete or find an image of them on your phone. The image should only have their face in it. If your athlete has a jersey number that is visible from the front, I will also tag that number so you can look them up that way. If you feel you are missing an image or don’t see a specific pose, just email Aimee with your athlete’s name and any of their file numbers and she’ll look them up. Aimee can not guarantee that every pose turned out but if it did, she’ll be happy to help you find it.

Absolutely! You can purchase them within packages or select the download all option to purchase any image with your athlete’s face in it, including the team photo. A print release will be included but Aimee cannot guarantee quality of any prints printed outside of the PhotoDay gallery.

Packages can only be created within each gallery. If your athletes are on the same team and in the same gallery, you can combine them in 1 package. You will be able to add each of their orders to your account and pay once. The download all option much be purchased for each athlete individually because it is based on 1 individual face.

Yes!! Aimee loves to photograph siblings, including coaches if they are a parent of an athlete. Make sure your athletes come together and communicate that to Aimee and her team. Also make sure each of your athletes still gets photographed individually.

Yes. Just add the download all package to your cart and then click on the”continue shopping” button. Add any prints, packages or specialty items you would like before finalizing and paying for your order.

The download all option is based on your athlete’s face. If they are turned to the side or have their head covered with a helmet/prop, it won’t be included. Just email Aimee your order number and she’ll happily email you the missing images.

When you see your athlete’s image on a plain white background and the file name ends in png, that is actually a transparent background behind your athlete. It allows you to use the image as a graphic in a banner or ad without having to remove the background. You can also use optional backgrounds offered within the gallery (although Aimee does not usually recommend this).

There are some products that have been discontinued due to lack of popularity. There have also been some that have been discontinued from the lab. If there is an item you want that is not offered, please fill out the form below and reach out. Aimee may be able to help you outside of the gallery. Please note that any products sent directly from outside your gallery will have a $12 shipping fee instead of the $5.95 shipping rate.

Your printed products will be delivered directly to your door. All digital purchases will arrive in your email.

Currently make up days are not offered. However, please email Aimee to ask as there may be another photo day your athlete could attend.

Aimee does minor retouching to each photo but if you are still concerned, there is a retouching service offered when you are finalizing your order.

In rare occasions this can happen due to lab or shipping error. Please contact Aimee and she will take care of this for you. Have your order number handy.

You may notice a banner at the top of your gallery saying you may receive a 25% savings on orders over $30. You may also receive a text. This is for the coaches only and requires a special code for them.
