Think of this like a credit that can be used towards your order once the images have been posted. Your advanced payment may be required for participation or for a discount like free shipping, etc.

This feature allows you to purchase all of the digitals of your athlete. This is connected to their face so it works for 1 athlete only, not siblings. Any image with your athlete’s face in it will be included, including the team photo and any buddy or sibling image they are in.
*If their face is not recognized b/c of a helmet or looking from the side, these images are not automatically included. Please email me and let me know which image files are missing and I’ll email them to you directly after confirming your download all order.

Yes!! Aimee loves to photograph siblings, including coaches if they are a parent of an athlete. Make sure your athletes come together and communicate that to Aimee and her team. Also make sure each of your athletes still gets photographed individually.

Your printed products will be delivered directly to your door. All digital purchases will arrive in your email.

Currently make up days are not offered. However, please email Aimee to ask as there may be another photo day your athlete could attend.

In rare occasions this can happen due to lab error. Please contact Aimee and she will take care of this for you. Have your order number handy.
